Drug Rebate Administration

We have packaged our drug rebate services into an electronic rebate services application that we call eREBS.
The Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1990 (OBRA) mandates CMS rebates and allows the states to individually negotiate Supplemental Rebates (SR) directly with the manufacturers. GHS partners with state Medicaid agencies to deliver cost-effective Rebate Programs that lower Medicaid prescription drug costs.
GHS rebate services include processing, collecting, and reconciling CMS and SR's, as well as dispute resolution, dispute avoidance, and reporting. Types of rebates we manage include: OBRA, Supplemental Rebates, J-Code Rebates, Elderly Drug Rebates, AIDS Drug Assistance Program Rebates, and Special Rebates.
