Pharmacies send claims to GHS electronically through a secure network in a standard, NCPDP compliant format. All program rules and policy are applied and validated during claims adjudication. Our POS system verifies eligibility, identifies covered drugs, prices a claim, and returns a response to submitting pharmacies in seconds.

Paid and rejected claims are stored in individual data warehouses maintained for each individual client. These claims are available for further reporting and analysis. Our proven POS system also integrates Automated Prior Authorizations (APA), a Preferred Drug List (PDL), and other systems into the claims adjudication process.
