As a provider of data processing and data hosting services, we maintain our own secure, state-of-the-art data center. Our data center houses the servers, networking equipment, backup power systems, and other tools necessary to deliver fast, effective data services. We also have multiple secure data lines entering our facility to supply the security, speed, and accessibility our clients demand. Our data center, and the data and processes housed within it, are available around the clock, every day of the year. Our redundant systems and backup procedures ensure the continuity of our client’s data and processes in the event of a disaster.
GHS’ data center and hardware/software systems are fully HIPAA compliant. We have a full time security analyst on staff overseeing and managing HIPAA compliance, as well as other facility and electronic security issues. We actively monitor data center systems for intrusions, facilities access, hardware failures, logon failures, application failures, network traffic, and other activities. Any failure or suspicious activity will automatically alert a member of our Network Services team. Key members of our Network Services team are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to resolve any issues that may be detected.
